  3. Yay, I finally achieved my goal! Well done! Enjoy the success. Then take time to review the rest of your goals and prioritise a new one for you to chase. Remember small, consistent regular wins lead to success.

  4. I don’t want to make mistakes. Don’t worry about what people think of you. Replace ‘fail’ with ‘learn’. Get out there and try something new!

  5. Cultivate grit. Be ESPECIALLY determined. Life has a funny way of throwing unexpected challenges at you. It is not whether life will do this or not. It is all about how you manage the adversity. How you push through to the other side. How you pick yourself up and carry on regardless.
