What does this mean for you as a property investor?
If you are looking to sell a property, advertise online - or make sure your power team member in the form of an estate agent - has an online presence and lists your property online.
If you want to buy a property, let your fingers do the searching on the www!
If you do not have a footprint on the internet, now is the time to change that. See and be seen by creating a website and getting connected.

Wayne Dyer was an internationally renowned author and speaker in the fields of self-development and spiritual growth. Over the four decades of his career, he wrote more than 40 books, including 21 New York Times bestsellers. He created many audio and video programs, and appeared on thousands of television and radio shows.
Dyer was affectionately called the “father of motivation” by his fans. Despite a childhood spent in orphanages and foster homes, he overcame many obstacles to make his dreams come true and spent much of his life showing others how to do the same. His main message was that every person has the potential to live an extraordinary life.
